Welcome back to the Unhinged Human site.
This site is now, not only documenting the actions of Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency and how she responded to me when I civilly asked her to move her inconsiderately parked 4×4 from blocking the entire pavement, but it will also be blogging and documenting the disgraceful response of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
The way they have handled this incident appears to be a textbook example of police misconduct.

It all adds up now, a formal complaint has been made to the police for Police Misconduct (among many other things) and a fully supported report of Harassment with the fear of violence and stalking has been submitted relating to Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency and ALL the officers who have conspired to commit this very serious offence.

This site has now become a larger concern than the temporary notification it set out to be. Not only has there been no apology, but the perpetrator has also escalated things way beyond the point of no return.
My reputation has been damaged in a way it may never recover. This site will assist with both my emotional healing and the restoration of my reputation.
As a result, I have had to reorganise things into a better long-term solution.

So many people have contacted me directly by the email address that is currently not working, that it seemed appropriate to allow you to make your own comments on the various posts.

Remember this is a public forum, the police certainly are monitoring it, and there are definitely some whinny entitled narcissists who think they are better and more precious than anyone else who are reading too (or perhaps having it read to them). So when you post, please make sure that what you are saying is both your honest opinion and lawful; otherwise Lucifer Wrongun will be on the blower to the cops…. crying her little heart out, exaggerating things and trying to cause more trouble.
Despite multiple earlier allegations, I must stress that deformation or misinformation of any kind, is not my goal; honest opinions, publishing things that are in the public interest or just informing the public, are.

What an incredible 8 months!
These two muppets attended my home in September.
PC Bell and PC Jenman were apparently the âinvestigating officersâ in a harassment case lodged by Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency against me.
Obviously, every issue has at least two points of view, and as investigating officers it is their job to hear ALL the evidence available and establish if someone is being dishonest, and what actually happened, regardless of who reported what, first⊠or even the sex of the individuals involved.
Sadly, the public have been let downâŠ.
1. To document inappropriate and aggressive behaviour: The video provides an accurate record of the encounter with Luci Morgan of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, showing how a simple, reasonable request escalated into harassment and intimidation.
2. To encourage accountability for unacceptable behaviour in public spaces: Sharing this video ensures that this aggressor Luci Morgan of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, is held responsible, and her clients and potential clients are made aware of how she treats the general public.
3.To highlight that anyone can be a victim of harassment: This incident shows that aggressive, threatening behaviour isnât limited by gender, and that men, like women, can experience intimidation and deserve to be taken seriously when it happens.
4. To combat illegal pavement parking: Blocking public footpaths is not only inconsiderate but also unlawful, especially when it affects pedestrians, parents with pushchairs, or those with mobility needs.
While walking home on a sunny day, I came across a Land Rover Defender parked completely across a public footpath, blocking the way for me and two women with pushchairs behind me. I called out to the driver, who was just getting out, and asked politely, âExcuse me, can you move your car? Itâs blocking the path.â
The driver, Luci Morgan of Luci Morgan Estate Agency in Eastleigh, reacted angrily, shouting that she was allowed to park there because there were no double yellow lines. I was surprised by her response and tried to clarify that blocking a footpath isnât illegal, regardless of road markings. Instead of discussing it calmly, she escalated the situation and began verbally attacking me.
Sensing the situation was becoming hostile, I decided not to engage further and started recording for my own protection.
This upset Luci Morgan of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, even more, though filming in a public place is entirely legal.
Ironically, she then began filming me.
Despite trying to walk away, Luci Morgan of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, followed me, continuing the confrontation and making baseless accusations. At one point, she even attempted to block my path physically, which meets the legal definition of assault; there doesnât need to be physical contact, only the threat of immediate harm.
In the video, youâll see me walking away while she continues to provoke and insult me, even as she later claims to the police that she felt vulnerable. Her version of events doesnât align with what the video shows.
But just how hard is it to be a âGold Winnerâ?
Well according to the British Property Awards (BPA) website, they way it works is something like this:

Not with the BPA, they are handing out awards like sweets in a school yard⊠and getting paid to do so!!
But Luci Morgan of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency clearly thinks she can pull the wool over the eyes of her customer who are paying £1000s in commission to have their houses sold.
Would you want to entrust the sale of your home with someone who thinks they can out smart you? â yet also thinks it is OK to park in a disable bay or across a pavement?

Parking on the road would have been the appropriate action, although in that Chelsea Tractor, parking on the grass would have also been acceptable.
Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, was parking there to put up one of her signs outside a nearby house. A house with parking outside on a private road, why she did not park there I will never know.
Incredibly, Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency, appeared to be proud of her atrocious parking. She is driving a 3-ton killing machine and clearly canât keep it on the road.
Not only does she have very little knowledge of the Highway Code, but little control of a vehicle on the highway!
… and boasted about it on Facebook!!
How stupid can you be?
